This is a spoof sent to the Drudge Report. It leaves the impression that the guy is being blown by the hurricane! Actually he is holding himself horizontal by his left elbow. The trees in the background are not swaying as in a hurricane.This reminds me of most evangelical preaching today. The illusion that the Holy Spirit is converting people all the while there are human efforts to accomplish the same thing.
Anyway I thought that it was funny!

First of all you make survivors plural. The only survivor is Chris Williams. That's all. Your name is David not Chris so don't play the self-righteous game of speaking for Chris. If Chris does not want me to use his name then he will tell me. He is a grown man.

In our religion a homosexual does not reincarnate to try to do better in another life. He dies once and faces a living God before a judgement. Buddhist, Hindus Jews etc we all will face the same God to give an account for the deeds done in this life.
And why are victims of sexual abuse a privilidged class? Sure they have suffered but we all are suffering. Perhaps you are allowing your personal bias bleed into your objectivity.
